Shipping and Delivery Policy

Official BN Brand processes orders within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Available shipping methods and fees are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during the order process and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may vary based on your location, carrier service, weather, and other external factors.

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, email officialbnbrand@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist you. A shipping delay alone does not qualify an order for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
